Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Rewarded ("Rewarded", "we", "us") by clients, clippers, and their authorized users. By creating an account or connecting a social media account, you agree to these terms.

1. What Rewarded does

Rewarded operates performance-based content distribution campaigns. Clients fund campaigns; clippers post content promoting those campaigns on connected social platforms; Rewarded measures verified views on that content via each platform's official API and pays clippers according to the campaign's rate.

2. Connected accounts

If you connect a TikTok, Instagram, or other social account, you authorize Rewarded to read your public content and view metrics for that account via the platform's official API, solely to verify posts made under a Rewarded campaign and calculate payout-eligible views. Rewarded does not post on your behalf and does not access private messages or data outside what the platform's API grants for the authorized scope.

3. Payment

Clippers are paid based on verified, payout-eligible views at the rate disclosed for each campaign, subject to the campaign's budget, a minimum payout threshold, and a verification holding period before funds become available. Payouts are issued via our payment processor.

4. Content integrity

Once a submission is approved, altering or deleting the approved content, or engaging in bot, purchased, or otherwise fraudulent view activity, may result in forfeiture of associated payout eligibility and removal from the platform.

5. Account termination

Either party may stop participating at any time. Rewarded may suspend or terminate accounts found to violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

6. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date.
