This policy describes what Rewarded ("Rewarded", "we", "us") collects and how it is used. It applies to clients, clippers, and managers using the Rewarded platform.

1. Information we collect

• Account information: name, email, and role (client, clipper, manager, owner).
• Connected social account data: your platform account identifier, public profile info, and the content and view/engagement metrics of videos you post under a campaign, read via that platform's official API using the access you explicitly grant.
• Campaign activity: videos submitted, approval status, and performance history.
• Payment information: processed by our payment provider; Rewarded stores payout records, not raw card details.
• Basic technical data: login timestamps and audit logs of account actions, kept for security and dispute resolution.

2. How we use it

To operate campaigns, verify posted content and views, calculate and issue payouts, detect fraud (bot or purchased views, content tampering), and communicate with you about your account or campaigns.

3. What we don't do

We do not sell personal data. Clients never receive clipper identity or private data. Clippers never receive other clippers' data or client financial information. We only request the minimum social account permissions needed to verify posts and view counts.

4. Data retention and deletion

Personally identifying information is stored separately from financial/ledger records, so a deletion request can remove your personal data without altering historical financial records tied to a pseudonymous identifier. Contact us to request deletion of your personal data.

5. Third parties

We share data with the social platforms you connect (to call their API on your behalf, using your granted authorization) and our payment processor (to issue payouts). We do not share your data with other third parties for marketing purposes.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date.
